Job Summary
We have an immediate requirement for Demand Planner, reporting to the Sales & Operational Planning Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic DEMAND PLANNER whose job will see him or her facilitate the demand part of S&OP processes for SP Brewery and Solomon Brewery. The primary purpose of the Demand Planner is to develop and manage accurate demand forecasts that support the alignment of production, inventory, and supply chain operations with market demand. This role plays a key part in driving the organization's overall sales and operational planning processes, ensuring that product availability meets both current and future customer needs. The Demand Planner acts as a critical link between supply chain and commerce teams, ensuring cross-functional collaboration to drive demand-based decisions.
Eligibility
You must preferably have a degree or comparable in Economics, Business Administration & Logistics or related discipline.
Minimum of 3 – 5 years business experience. Knowledge of Commercial / Business Planning.
You should possess good negotiation skills, inter-personal skills, computer literate, team player and able to work under pressure.
And you must have a High level of Computer skill (Advance Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint)
Remuneration
An excellent salary package, commensurate with experience and qualifications will be offered to the successful candidate.

Job Description
Responsibilities Include:
- Demand Planning. Generates and updates demand plans, combining statistical and commercial forecast.
- Statistical Forecast. Creates statistical forecast including differentiations, casual relationships, baseline/uplift, main drivers and demand patterns, seasonality and trend changes.
- Scenario Analysis. Generates and discuss alternative scenarios on the demand plan for the S&OP process, with clearly listed assumptions and risk assessment on volume and costs.
- Ensures implementation, adherence and continuous improvement of the execution of the Supply Chain Planning process, according to our company standard.
- Monitoring Forecast Performance.
- Provides clear and accurate information on demand planning performance.
