Purpose of Role:
Responsible for direct liaison with Senior Government Officials to address TISA Bank’s default list of clients in which majority are public servants. The manager is to develop strategies to combat improper cessation of loan repayments, unauthorized reduced repayments and diversion of salary deductions meant for TISA per the signed Loan Terms & Conditions. This is a key position that will enhance coordination and efficiency within the target market in order to minimise liability and loss to the Society and the Bank.
Qualifications
Diploma or first Degree in Banking & finance, Business Management or related courses.
3 – 4 years relevant experience
People and leadership skills is essential.
A desire to provide high standards of customer services.
Competency in presentation and dealing with Senior management of various Organizations.
Good communication and intra-personal skills
Good organisational and people management skills
Comprehensive knowledge of collections and recoveries process, procedures and legal requirements.
Must be computer literate.
Knowledge of Banks Lending Policies and Procedures.
