Purpose of Role:

Responsible for direct liaison with Senior Government Officials to address TISA Bank’s default list of clients in which majority are public servants. The manager is to develop strategies to combat improper cessation of loan repayments, unauthorized reduced repayments and diversion of salary deductions meant for TISA per the signed Loan Terms & Conditions. This is a key position that will enhance coordination and efficiency within the target market in order to minimise liability and loss to the Society and the Bank.

Qualifications

Diploma or first Degree in Banking & finance, Business Management or related courses.
3 – 4 years relevant experience
People and leadership skills is essential.
A desire to provide high standards of customer services.
Competency in presentation and dealing with Senior management of various Organizations.
Good communication and intra-personal skills
Good organisational and people management skills
Comprehensive knowledge of collections and recoveries process, procedures and legal requirements.
Must be computer literate.
Knowledge of Banks Lending Policies and Procedures.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated Personal Lending Officer for our Lending Operations Divison. Reporting to the Team Leader - Lending Operations , the successful incumbent will be responsible to provide administrative support to our lending department, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of loan processes and loans approval under TISA Bank.

Key Educational Qualification, Requirements and Experience:

Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
1-2 years relevant experience or experience in Customer Service
Good communications and interpersonal skills
Have strong computer skills in a range of MS applications (especially MS Access)
Good judgement and analytical skills
Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
An effective team player and result driven
Honest, dependable and reliable
Knowledge of banking & finance lending requirements
